1. Platform Role & Responsibility

My.Way Ads is a digital advertising platform only. We do not handle, manage, or facilitate shipping or delivery of any goods or services listed on the platform.

All logistics, shipping arrangements, delivery timelines, and related communication are the sole responsibility of the seller and buyer involved in the transaction.

2. Shipping Disputes

All issues related to shipping—such as delays, non-delivery, incorrect items, or damages—must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

My.Way Ads holds no responsibility or liability for the outcome of any shipping arrangements or delivery performance.

3. Fraud or Misuse

In cases of suspected fraud, false claims, or misuse related to shipping or delivery, My.Way Ads will not mediate or interfere with buyer-seller disputes.

All users are strongly encouraged to report fraudulent activities directly to the appropriate legal authorities for investigation and legal recourse.

If a user is found guilty of fraudulent behavior—whether by legal authorities or through verified internal investigation—My.Way Ads reserves the right to take further action, which may include:

  • Permanent suspension of the user’s account
  • Freezing or forfeiture of affiliate earnings
  • Banning access to the platform and all related services
