All subscription payments for the Paid Pass are non-cancellable and
non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
Users are responsible for ensuring they wish to proceed with the subscription prior to completing payment.
● No Trial Period
There is no trial or cooling-off period for Paid Pass subscriptions.
Subscription & Affiliate Earnings
● All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing or participating in the affiliate program, users agree that payments made are final.
● No exceptions will be made for unused subscription periods, account inactivity, or partial use of services.
● Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings, including cancellations, before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
● myway ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Service, without refund.
Product or Service Purchases (Seller Listings)
● myway ads acts solely as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of products or services sold by users.
● Any issues regarding product quality, service delivery, or disputes must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.
● Buyers and sellers are encouraged to maintain clear communication and document transactions for mutual security.
● myway ads may provide a dispute resolution mechanism to assist users, but participation does not guarantee refunds.
● Users acknowledge that purchasing through myway ads is at their own risk, and the platform cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from transactions between users.
Additional Protections & Notes
● myway ads may, at its sole discretion, investigate reports of fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform. Any action taken does not obligate the platform to issue a refund.
● Users are encouraged to read seller profiles, product descriptions, and reviews carefully before making purchases.
● By using myway ads, users agree to this no-refund policy and acknowledge understanding of their financial responsibilities on the platform.
● myway ads is not liable for disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or misrepresentation.
● Buyers and sellers are encouraged to maintain clear communication and proof of transaction for dispute resolution.
● We do not intervene in transaction decisions.
● Accounts may be suspended or restricted in the event of failed payments or chargebacks.
● If an Paid Pass account is suspended due to payment failure, users have up to 30 days to settle the payment manually in the website
myway ads reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time, without prior notice. Any exceptions will be evaluated at myway ads’ sole discretion.
