Ads Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the rules and conditions related to cancellations and refunds on the My.Way Ads platform. By using our services, users agree to the following terms.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Evergreen Pass Subscriptions

  • All subscription payments for the Evergreen Pass are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they wish to proceed with the subscription prior to completing payment.

No Trial Period

  • There is no trial or cooling-off period for Evergreen Pass subscriptions.

3. Refunds

Subscription & Affiliate Earnings

  • My.Way Ads does not issue refunds for subscription payments or deductions made from affiliate rewards under any circumstances. All payments are final.

Product or Service Purchases (Seller Listings)

  • My.Way Ads is a platform facilitator and does not handle refunds for products or services sold by users.
  • Any refund requests or disputes must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller involved in the transaction.

4. Transaction Disputes

  • My.Way Ads is not liable for disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or misrepresentation.
  • Buyers and sellers are encouraged to maintain clear communication and proof of transaction for dispute resolution.
  • We do not intervene in transaction decisions.

5. Account Suspension for Payment Issues

  • Accounts may be suspended or restricted in the event of failed payments or chargebacks.
  • If an Evergreen Pass account is suspended due to payment failure, users have up to 30 days to settle the payment manually in the website

6. Exceptions & Amendments

My.Way Ads reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time, without prior notice.
Any exceptions will be evaluated at My.Way Ads’ sole discretion.
