Welcome to My.Way. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services

1.Introduction

My.Way is a marketplace platform where users can list services, digital products, or other permitted offerings in accordance with these Terms. My.Way does not sell or facilitate the sale of physical products. Transactions must be handled directly between users using the contact information provided in listings.

Additionally, My.Way offers an affiliate program as a bonus feature to encourage more users to join. While users can take advantage of this

program, the platform’s primary purpose remains a marketplace for listings.

2.User Eligibility

To use My.Way, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate and complete registration details. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

3.Subscription Model

Users must pay MYR 200 per month to unlock 12 listings on My.Way.

The subscription fee is solely for access to the platform and listing privileges; it does not involve the purchase of any product or service.

Listings remain active as long as the subscription is valid.

Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the account being locked until payment is received.

If no payment is made, affiliate earnings will be automatically used to cover the next month’s subscription to keep the account active. Any remaining balance can still be withdrawn.

All payments made are non-refundable.

4.Affiliate Program (Bonus Feature)

Users who refer new subscribers keep MYR 100 from their referral’s subscription.

There is no limit on earnings or withdrawals.

If a user does not make a payment, their affiliate earnings will automatically be deducted to cover the next month’s subscription fee before they can withdraw their remaining balance.

The affiliate program is an optional benefit designed to attract more users to the platform.

Fraudulent referrals or misuse of the affiliate system may lead to account suspension.

5. Listing and Transactions

Users are responsible for their listings, including accuracy, legality, and fulfillment.

Buyers and sellers must communicate directly to arrange any transactions.

My.Way does not process payments, provide escrow services, or mediate disputes between users.

6. Prohibited Listings and Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from listing or promoting the following:

  • Sexual content or services.
  • Gambling, betting, or related activities.
  • Illegal or unethical products and services.

Accounts found guilty of violating these terms will be permanently suspendedwithout refund.

7. Payment and Withdrawal Policies

Payments for subscriptions and withdrawals must be made through approved payment gateways.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 7 working days.

My.Way reserves the right to review and withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

All payments made are non-refundable.

8.Privacy Policy (Compliant with Malaysia’s PDPA)

8.1 Collection of Personal Data

My.Way collects personal data, including name, contact details, and payment information, to provide and enhance our services.

8.2 Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for: Account creation and management. Processing subscriptions and payments. Enabling user-to-user communication for transactions.
Providing customer support.
Sending updates, promotions, and marketing materials (with your consent).
Ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

8.3 Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not disclose personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

8.4 Security of Personal Data

We implement security measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, in compliance with the PDPA.

8.5 Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purposes or as required by law.

8.6 Data Integrity

We strive to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data. Users should notify us of any changes.

8.7 Access and Correction

Users have the right to access and correct their personal data by contacting m_2cross@yahoo.com.

8.8 Transfer of Personal Data

We do not transfer personal data outside Malaysia unless permitted by the PDPA.

8.9 Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions. Suspicious or fraudulent activities.Failure to comply with payment or affiliate policies.Users may appeal account suspensions by contacting m_2cross@yahoo.com within 7 days of suspension.

10.Limitation of Liability

My.Way is not responsible for transactions, payments, or disputes between users.We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of listings posted by users. My.Way shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our platform.

11.Changes to Terms and Conditions

My.Way reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of My.Way after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
