Welcome to myway ads! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and
use of the myway ads platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be
bound by these Terms.
myway ads is a digital advertising platform enabling users to post and explore listings. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether using the Free Pass or Paid Pass.
● Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
● You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
● myway ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in breach of
these Terms.
Users are strictly prohibited from posting or promoting any of the following:
● Sexual content, including nudity, adult services, or explicit material
● Gambling or betting content, including lottery schemes or casino promotions
● Unethical or illegal products/services, including scams or counterfeit goods
● Racially or religiously motivated content, including hate speech, slurs, or
discriminatory remarks
● Violence, abuse, or threats, including incitement to harm individuals or groups
● Misinformation, including false claims, impersonation, or deceptive marketing
● Content violating local, national, or international laws, including fraud, defamation,
or piracy
Zero tolerance policy applies. Accounts found violating this section may be
immediately suspended or permanently banned without notice.
The Paid Pass is a paid subscription (MYR 200/month) that grants:
● Up to 12 active ad listings annually
● Access to the affiliate marketing program
● One free medical checkup after 12 months of paid subscription (T&Cs apply; MyKad
holder only)
Note: Subscription fees are for platform access only and do not guarantee sales
or earnings.
● All payments are non-refundable.
● Subscriptions must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
● Non-payment: Account will be reinstated once payment is confirmed.
● Policy violation: Suspension may be reviewed but is not guaranteed reinstatement.
All users are solely responsible for declaring income and settling taxes (e.g., with LHDN or relevant authorities).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, myway ads is not liable for:
● Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
● Loss of data, profits, sales, or revenue due to unavoidable circumstances
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
User data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms. By using myway ads, you agree to the data practices outlined therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of myway ads indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
myway ads is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, service outages, or legal restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

This section outlines the structure, eligibility, and rules of the myway ads Affiliate Program.
Affiliate marketing allows Paid Pass users to earn a 50% commission on successful Paid Pass referrals using a unique referral link every month the referral pays.
Free Pass (Non-Paid):
● 1 active listing
● Not eligible for affiliate earnings
Paid Pass (Paid):
● 12 listings/year
● Affiliate program access
● Free health screening pass after 12 months (T&Cs apply)
● Affiliates receive a unique referral code.
● Earn 50% rewards per verified Paid Pass sale.
● Earnings tracked via a real-time affiliate dashboard.
● Limited to once a month withdrawal. Up to total earnings amount
Paid Pass users who join the affiliate program gain access to an exclusive suite of features
and perks designed to support and reward your promotional efforts:
● Real-Time Affiliate Dashboard
Monitor your referral performance, commissions earned, and link activity through
an intuitive and easy-to-use dashboard.
● Priority Support Access
Enjoy faster response times and dedicated assistance from our affiliate support team
to keep your campaigns running smoothly.
● Self-Reward
Start earning through referrals immediately and turn your affiliate income into a
smart way to sustain your monthly commitment — even before your listing makes a
sale.
● Paid Pass User Eligibility Only
Participation in the affiliate program is exclusively available to users with an active Paid Pass subscription. Free Pass users are not eligible to earn or withdraw rewards.
● 50% Reward per Successful Referral (per month)
Paid Pass users will receive a 50% reward for every successful and verified Paid Pass referral made through their unique referral link.
● No Limits & Flexible Withdrawals
There are no limits to the number of referrals you can invite. Rewards can be withdrawn once a month, without a minimum threshold requirement, once eligible referrals are confirmed.
● Payout Processing Timeline
All payout requests are subject to a processing period of up to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
● Payout Method & Verification
Rewards will be transferred via bank transfer to the bank account registered in your myway ads profile. To ensure smooth processing, affiliates must provide and maintain the following:
○ Full name (as per website/app profile and bank account)
○ Full NRIC
○ Bank account number
○ Bank Name
○ Tax Identification Number (TIN) - COMPULSARY
⚠ Any mismatch or missing details may result in payout delays, temporary holds, or account review.
Affiliates must:
● Promote honestly and legally
● Avoid false claims or spam tactics
● Respect the myway ads brand and user trust
Violations may lead to suspension or expulsion from the program.
myway ads reserves the right to:
● Modify terms or program features at any time
● Suspend affiliates who violate policies
● Review and audit affiliate activities for compliance
By using the myway ads platform and participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms.
