1. Introduction

My.Way Ads is a digital advertising platform enabling users to post and explore listings.These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether using the Free Pass or Evergreen Pass.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• My.Way Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in breach of these Terms

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from posting or promoting any of the following:

• Sexual content, including nudity, adult services, or explicit material
• Gambling or betting content, including lottery schemes or casino promotions
• Unethical or illegal products/services, including scams or counterfeit goods
• Racially or religiously motivated content, including hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory remarks
• Violence, abuse, or threats, including incitement to harm individuals or groups
• Misinformation, including false claims, impersonation, or deceptive marketing
• Content violating local, national, or international laws, including fraud, defamation,or piracy

Zero tolerance policy applies. Accounts found violating this section may be immediately suspended or permanently banned without notice.

4. Subscription Model: Evergreen Pass

The Evergreen Pass is a paid subscription (MYR 200/month) that grants:

• Up to 12 active ad listings annually
• Access to view and contact other advertisers
• Access to the affiliate marketing program
• One free medical checkup after 12 consecutive months (T&Cs apply; MyKad holder only)

Note: Subscription fees are for platform access only and do not guarantee sales or earnings.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
• Users have a 28 to 30-day grace period to use affiliate earnings to maintain subscription.

6. Account Suspension & Reinstatement

• Non-payment: Account will be reinstated once payment is confirmed.
• Policy violation: Suspension may be reviewed but is not guaranteed reinstatement.

7. Tax Obligations

All users are solely responsible for declaring income and settling taxes (e.g., with LHDN or relevant authorities).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My.Way Ads is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, sales, or revenue

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

User data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms. By using My.Way Ads, you agree to the data practices outlined therein.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of My.Way Ads indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Force Majeure

My.Way Ads is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, service outages, or legal restrictions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

1. Program Overview

Affiliate marketing allows Evergreen Pass users to earn a 50% commission on successful Evergreen Pass referrals using a unique referral link.

2. Subscription Package Summary

Free Pass (Non-Paid):

• 1 active listing
• Cannot view advertiser details
• Not eligible for affiliate earnings

Evergreen Pass (Paid):

• 12 listings/year
• Full contact access
• Affiliate program access
• Free medical checkup after 12 months (T&Cs apply)

3. How It Works

• Affiliates receive a unique referral link.
• Earn 50% rewards per verified Evergreen Pass sale.
• Earnings tracked via a real-time affiliate dashboard.
• Monthly payouts (provided minimum threshold is met).

4. Affiliate Benefits

Evergreen Pass users who join the affiliate program gain access to an exclusive suite of features and perks designed to support and reward your promotional efforts:

5. Reward & Payout Terms

• Evergreen Pass User Eligibility Only
  Participation in the affiliate program is exclusively available to users with an active Evergreen Pass subscription. Free Pass users are not eligible to earn or withdraw rewards.
• 50% Reward per Successful Referral
  Evergreen Pass users will receive a 50% reward for every successful and verified Evergreen Pass referral made through their unique referral link.
• No Limits & Flexible Withdrawals
  There are no limits to the number of referrals you can invite. Rewards can be withdrawn at any time, without a minimum threshold requirement, once eligible referrals are confirmed.
• Payout Processing Timeline
  All payout requests are subject to a processing period of up to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Payout Method & Verification
  Rewards will be transferred via bank transfer to the bank account registered in your My.Way Ads profile. To ensure smooth processing, affiliates must provide and maintain the following:
  
  • Full name (as per app profile and bank account)
  • Bank account number
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Any mismatch or missing details may result in payout delays, temporary holds, or account review.

6. Code of Conduct

Affiliates must:

• Promote honestly and legally
• Avoid false claims or spam tactics
• Respect the My.Way Ads brand and user trust

Violations may lead to suspension or expulsion from the program.

7. Program Changes & Termination

My.Way Ads reserves the right to:

• Modify terms or program features at any time
• Suspend affiliates who violate policies
• Review and audit affiliate activities for compliance
